By Commissioning me you agree to these following conditions:

All commissions must be paid for before or after the sketch
I have the right to deny any commission, request or trade with no explanation.
Payment of any kind is sent via friends or family (USD).
No refund is granted after a sketch is shown or completed commission.
I will provide WIPs (work in progress) as I work on the art to keep you updated (So there is no need to ask)
My art is not to be used for any sort of AI

Art Terms

Commissioning me means you’re purchasing my artist labor, I have all copyrights over my work, meaning they can be used as examples for my commissions.
I cannot and will not claim the character and will not reuse/resell the image for personal profit.
I respect the request not to publicly post your commission.

Commissioner Term

I give you permission to upload the commission as long as you credit me correctly.
You cannot claim the work I have done as your own, edit it or set it up to resell in other forms.
You can only resell my works if we agree upon it.

Design TOS

You may change the design.
DO NOT resell a design for more than you received it for, unless worth has been added.
If my design was uploaded to Toyhou.se it stays on there! Do not delete it.

Payment Detail

Payment must be sent after the lineart has been done.
I accept from Paypal / Cashapp / Venmo
Prices may very from character to character
For each additional character to the same drawing it will be 50% of the original cost.

Breaking any of these Terms will get you an automatic blacklisting and block.
